BOOKING CONDITIONS
For any booking you must pay a 50% deposit of the total amount of your stay.
The booking will only be effective after receipt of the deposit to send within 7 days, and the booking contract signed: from receipt, a booking confirmation will be sent to you by us (by email). Without confirmation from us, your booking cannot be considered as definitive.
The balance of the amount of the rental must be paid 30 days before the planned date of arrival at the latest, without which your booking will be cancelled, and the cancellation fees provided for in the paragraph “CANCELLATION CONDITIONS” shall apply.
Booking via our website infers the payment of the full amount of the stay. For any booking less than 1 month before the start of your stay: the total amount of the stay must be paid on booking.
RATES
Rental and service rates all taxes included, not including the additional tourist tax of €1.05 a day and per person over the age of 18.
MEANS OF PAYMENT
Accepted means of payment are: by bank transfer, cheque, ANCV holiday vouchers, credit card.
Payment by ANCV holiday vouchers must be made by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt.
Payment by cash is accepted for amounts below €100.
GUARANTEE
A guarantee (security deposit) is requested on arrival for a fixed amount of €500. This will be returned to you within 5 days after your departure at the latest after potentially subtracting the costs for refurbishing the accommodation and/or replacing damaged property.
If the security deposit proves to be insufficient, the tenant undertakes to complete the sum on the basis of written documents supplied by the rental agency.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES
Additional services may be signed up for and must be requested on booking;
the availabilities of these will then be established.
- Supply of bed linen for the whole chalet: €45/week (6 person chalet, 4 beds) or €55/week (8 person chalet, 5 beds).
- Supply of towels: €7/person/week
- Baby kit including a cot, high chair and bath: €20/stay
- Housework flat fee at the end of the stay: €60 (6 person chalet) or €70 (8 person chalet)
- Daily housework flat fee: €30/hour,except the day of departure
USE OF THE PREMISES
The tenant undertakes to use the accommodation in accordance with the planned use.
The length of stay cannot exceed the initially scheduled duration.
The tenants will also be asked to respect the site facilities and equipment whether individual or collective.
The use of leisure equipment is the responsibility of the parents and is forbidden to people not staying in the complex.
The organisation of parties or gatherings are not authorised, everyone must ensure that they do not disturb the other tenants by occupying the premises with reasonable and due care.
NUMBER OF TENANTS
It must be noted that a child from the age of 2 is considered to be an occupant in his/her own right.
Bookings are confirmed for a determined number of occupants depending on the type of chalet and a corresponding rate.
Should a number of people above the maximum capacity of the accommodation arrive, you may be refused access.
You are not allowed to add bedding to either inside or outside of the accommodation.
The rental agency reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement at any time in the event of breach.
CIVIL LIABILITY
Any tenant must take out an insurance policy to protect people and assets (type Civil Liability)
ANIMALS
Animals are not accepted.
ARRIVAL - DEPARTURE
Arrival in the accommodation is possible from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m.
If you cannot arrive in this time slot, you will have to inform the rental agency at 05 62 95 87 09 or at the mobile phone number communicated to you in the rental agreement.
In the event of a no-show on the scheduled day of your arrival and without hearing from you, the rental agency reserves the right to have the premises at its disposal in the next 24 hours.
Departure must take place before 10 a.m.
INVENTORY – SCHEDULE OF FIXTURES
The inventory must be carried out at the start and end of the rental period by the tenant of the accommodation.
Any missing or damaged element will be noted on the inventory document to hand in the day after your arrival at the latest.
The tenant undertakes to inform the rental agency of any breakdown, damage, incident or malfunction in the accommodation as soon as possible.
Before your departure, all dustbins must be emptied and left in the containers provided for this purpose at the site entrance.
The premises must be handed over in a perfect state of cleanliness.
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
In the event of a cancellation or modification, you must notify it by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, the date of the post mark being valid, to the following address:

100% of the amount of the stay is kept for a cancellation less than 15 days before the scheduled arrival date.
50% of the amount of the stay is kept for a cancellation between 15 and 30 days before the scheduled arrival date.
The whole sum will be returned to you for a cancellation before 30 days before the scheduled arrival date, an amount of €30 will nonetheless be kept per rented chalet for administrative fees.
PERIOD OF COVID 19
Taking into account the health context
- For any stay starting before the 24th June 2021: cancellation conditions before 30 days are reduced to 7 days before the date of arrival initially scheduled for your stay
- In the event of a generalised lock-down or travel restrictions announced by the government that would force you to cancel your stay: we will offer you a refund of your stay.
INTERRUPTION OF THE STAY
Any stay that has begun is considered to have been completed and will give rise to no refund in the event of an early departure.
